In early 2020 it was decided that our bunkers at Terrey Hills Par 3 required rebuilding, after an extensive process of evaluating all potential bunker liners it was decided that the MATRIX bunker liner system was the best liner on the market.
With the success of the Matrix on the North course we have decided to push ahead and do all 77 bunkers on the Champions course at Sandhurst.
This project will be rolled out over the
next 2 years with 9 holes being complete each year.
After working with the Matrix system at previous clubs, it was an easy decision to proceed with using this technology to improve the playability of golf course bunkers and reduce staff labour hours on bunker repair and maintenance.
